Oak unlimited has always provided exceptional service! We have bought many pieces of furniture and have never been disappointed. Our children have as well! Mark and Denise are always so pleasant and helpful! I would recommend stopping by their show room! You won’t be disappointed. The picture attached is our most recent purchase!
As the owner of Inglewood Interiors I have recommended Oak Unlimited to many clients and I decided it was time to replace my own dining room furniture. We purchased the Contempo table 8 white leather chairs. Mark and Denise were very friendly and the installers were very professional and unpacked the table and chairs and removed the packaging and were gone in no time.
We have purchased multiple sets of furniture from Oak Unlimited, including a full master bedroom set and full dining room set including hutch. Service has always been absolutely impeccable - I love that we have been able to customize items easily. Deliveries have been timely and exceptionally careful. I cannot say enough good things about this family-run business.
We purchased our entire bedroom set from Oak Unlimited and love every piece. From being able to customize it during the purchase process to the ease of delivery and working around our schedule, they are always a pleasure to purchase from! We can’t wait to order more pieces for around the house since we know the quality and that they will last years!
We received a full length mirror with a jewelry box in behind it from my parents as a gift and have slowly added bedroom pieces and we now have a full bedroom set that we LOVE! Mark and Denise were super helpful and we couldn’t be happier with our set. Looking forward to getting many more pieces from Oak Unlimited!

I purchased the Brentwood Finley sectional sofa and absolutely LOVE IT! I received it today and have been sitting on it since the second it was set up. The delivery men were very kind and fast - took less than 15 minutes to move it in! This sofa was the floor model in the store and was delivered within 4 days of requesting to purchase.

While we weren't traveling outside of our region due to COVID restrictions we were happy to find this Chattanooga bedroom set while shopping from our couch in Kingston. We ordered everything by phone and email without ever seeing the pieces in person; the customer service was second to none. Not only did the bed frame make our mattress more comfortable, our three children also approve :)
A great local gem. When we were looking for a new bed frame, we visited A LOT of stores and this one really stood out. They carry a really great selection, their service and knowledge is top notch, and prices are very reasonable. We got a really nice Handstone bed frame and have been so happy with it. Highly recommend Oak Unlimited! We will be back.
Was very happy with the friendly people I dealt with, and got my furniture earlier than expected, delivered to my home and set up. Was a great experience!

The furniture is amazing and the customer service is just as equal. I'm a firm believer that businesses can make mistakes, but it's how they handle them that keeps you coming back. There was a small error made in the color of my table and Mark and Denise were quick to fix it with no questions asked. I will be a customer for life because of that, and because of the quality of the furniture.Thank you Oak Unlimited!
We purchased our home Office Furniture and Bedroom furniture from Oak Unlimited and we are extremely pleased with it. The quality of the furniture is exceptional. Our experience at the store was excellent. Mark was extremely helpful and spent a great deal of time with us. The delivery crew were also excellent. We will be purchasing more furniture once the Lockdown is lifted. We would highly recommend Oak Unlimited!!!
Love this store! The furniture is excellent quality, and very reasonably priced. The owners love the products they sell, and while they are super knowledgeable about what they sell, high pressure sales tactics are not what you will ever get here. The deliveries are handled perfectly! My only regret is that bought furniture elsewhere before I found them!
